Suggested Use;
Take a pork shoulder, remove skin and trim the fat
Cover in Perfect Balance spice rub.
Put in a bowl with 100ml fresh orange juice, cover and put in fridge overnight.
(You can add a roughly chopped chilli, garlic clove and onion to the bowl overnight if you wish)
Put the full contents of the bowl into a slow cooker on low for 10 hours.
Use to forks to pull apart the meat. Serve on soft shell tacos with corriander, chopped onion and fresh lime.
Cover with any of Dr Ged’s sauces and enjoy.
